FYI on Cats Den Becker said if UVM fell short of NCAA Tournament they would look to play in CBI/CIT and keep going, though as a road team.

FYI, CIT Tournament guide is here- confirms that teams most have .500 record- except for Great West champion, which gets an autobid to CIT- so there are 31 spots available:

I think if Hartford is able to beat Vermont in the semifinals Sunday (that would be the 2/3 matchup correct??) they should get an invite to the CIT.

I for one like SBU chances in the NIT this year. I think they could win the first round. Hopefully Vermont makes some noise in the NCAA as well.

Boston University’s season probably is over, unless Vermont, Albany and Hartford decline invitations to the CIT. BU is going to either the CBI or CIT. They have a better RPI than both Albany and Hartford. Plus given the ban, I would think AD Mike Lynch would pay for a home game at Case.
