I really hoped he would make the transition from good college coach to good NBA coach, Lon is a nice guy and he is a class act. But his sub patterns suck, he can't manage a game worth a damn. You just shouldn't have Big Dog and Shareef on the bench in the 4th quarter at the same time. Unheard of!

Yeah that is crazy I dont think hes ready for the Pro game. Another coach is definitley needed
