Atlanta will get Indiana's pick this season and they owe Milwaukee a 1st. Since the Hawks pick will be Top 10 definately, can they just give Milwaukee Indiana's pick?

the pick is the higher of the atlanta or the indiana pick,meaning its the atlanta pick.it is top 3 protected thru 2006.which means i guess if atlanta gets one of the top 3 picks this year they keep it.
