Man am I tired of this guy trading away our draft picks and signing washed up veterans. If he would've rebuilt the Hawks the right way and not have given up a Top 10 pick for Lo Wright, nor for Big Dog.

Yeah, it's nice looking back at hindsight. But how many more mistakes will this guy be allowed to make? Bringing him back next year would be a HUUUGE mistake. I would be more happy if we revamped our coaches/management than our roster.

I really dont think there is anything wrong with him..He has put togather a good team JT,Reef,Big Dog..But i would love to rather have Gasol then Big Dog or Reef..But still you cant really say that he is a bad gm..He has try to put togather a good team and i think he has they just dont play like they should be playing..This team on paper is a playoff team maybe even a 50 win team..They just dont play like they should be playing!!

It's the GM's responsibility to see more than just stats though. The Hawks are the quintessential paper team. All stats and no heart. They need a couple guys on that team who will kick everyone else's butt into shape if they loaf.
