Nene got a 6 year, $60 million deal. Is Denver freaking insane? THAT is why Billy Knight went down the right avenue when he took Shelden Williams in the draft. Get the big man in the draft, because big men in free agency is nothing more than fools gold. This contract basically sets the standard for Joel Przybilla and Nazr Mohammed. Those guys are going to expect similar deals and will probably get them. I'm just glad that the Hawks aren't going to be the team foolish enough to sink all that money into them. Talk about a deal that is going to come back and haunt the Denver Nuggets!!

Joe Johnson got 70 million, and people still complain. And Nene hasn't played in over a year, off a serious knee injury. And he gets 60. Wow.

$60 million for a guy who is nothing more than a 12 and 7 player in the NBA. Kiki is probably glad that he got fired in Denver.
