So far, Jenkins is getting buckets in Game 1. 19 points in 19 minutes, 7 for 12 FG in 3Q.

Kid can shoot, always encouraging to see rookies play well.

Jenkins with 16 points in the first half tonight. 7-for-10.

Really going to be interesting to see if these shooters can do damage with Teague attacking (hopefully) and Horford and Smoove near the basket. If Teague can be aggressive, that can be a fun offense.. who won't stop anybody, but still.

I agree, I'm excited for this season. Lou Will, Devin Harris, and Jeff Teague can all penetrate well...could really make for an enjoyable offense to watch.

I really don't think we're going to miss Joe Johnson on offense. We'll miss Joe in those late game, last shot scenarios but he usually choked those anyways. We'll feel Joes absence more on defense.

I think, more than anything, we'll miss his passing/ballhandling. Morrow, Jenkins, etc aren't going to give us 4 assists a night as an offguard.

Eh, I know Joe averaged 4 apg but he dominated the ball and was a selfish player. I am definitely not going to miss Iso Joe. The question is will things change or will Iso Joe just turn into Iso Josh. I might shoot myself if that happens.

We are talented enough to be a sixth seed, but this year should be more about talent evaluation than making the playoffs.
