Using the RPI as a guide, this would be the best possible NCAA Tournament Field of 65 based on results from 2000-06. Naturally, there are some surprises (i.e. no Washington or Bucknell, etc.), but it is a sampling based on the start of the decade/millenium. All in all, most of the names you would expect are represented in this 65.
