Re: 2012-2013 Dayton Flyers
At this point, I think we can switch the titles "2012-13 Dayton Flyers" and "2012-13 Xavier Musketeers" and no one will notice the difference. Nice job, all involved.

Re: 2012-2013 Dayton Flyers
By all, you must mean Muddy. Did you miss the couple months this summer when he was banned and everything here was great.
Mods would rather have it like this I guess... with everyone from all schools constantly bitching about... Muddy.

You probably also blame only the Republicans or only the Democrats for the steaming cesspool that is our government right now.

Re: 2012-2013 Dayton Flyers
It was really more than a one man effort, even if Muddy is the straw that stirs this uniquely distasteful drink. It's not like I care. The offseason is torture.

Re: 2012-2013 Dayton Flyers
If every person on this board this feels the need to respond to Muddy's rant just put him on ignore, the issue would die quickly. Every X fan that responds in length to his posts, just gives him what he wants and continues the problem. It takes more than 1 to tango, the problem doesn't lie soley w/ Muddy or any 1 poster.

Re: 2012-2013 Dayton Flyers
Did you guys miss this summer without Muddy?
A single poster was banned and this board was a totally different board. That's not an opinion. But rather was proven by what actually took place. I only respond to about a third of Muddy's baiting. There are only so many lies, exaggerations, misinformation, half-truths and one-sided delusioned reporting I can let go without setting the record straight with facts.

Re: 2012-2013 Dayton Flyers
I gotta be honest. I didn't even know Muddy was on "vacation". There are a group of several folks who will find any excuse to go after the other side. The idea of some utopia without him is quite the fallacy.

The day that edited came back to the board you could instantly tell without even seeing one of his posts. I'm tellin ya, an A-10 board without Muddy is a much more sane and pleasant place to be.... Did you not notice the lack of vitriol during that glorious break?

Re: 2012-2013 Dayton Flyers
I only knew because you all went nuts when he came back and figured he was gone for like a week or something. I log on a few times a day to fart around and cure boredom. The only people I notice are gone for long periods are the people who post the best observations or make me laugh consistently. WH, Rosceaux, many UD quality guys like Chet, Elvis, DocFlyer, 75, and bprichard, a few good X guys, the St Joe guys, Ace (the Fordham fan) and a few others from various fan bases. I assume guys, anyway. Some of you may be ladies. I don't know.
I skip right over most Muddy posts. He posts links to the same things I hear, read, and see before I even log in here, and I've never been one to bash any other school just to get my rocks off. I'm already a nerd for being on a message board, I can't afford to lose any more of my sanity. I'm not really his target market. I probably won't even be around much once the season starts. Twitter is much better. I have good interactions with UD and Xavier fans, among others, and it's easier to block idiots.
