I'll give you the FG%. That is certainly an impressive number. But again, it's like Carmelo. How many possessions will you hog the ball/waste away and therefore blow the game? Unlike the Knicks, Temple has no distributor on their current roster to weather the storm. The other two stats prove nothing. Chaz's TO and # of shots taken are only higher because of the style of play that we run. We use many more possessions per game than Temple does. Plus, Chaz is a PG so his TO must be higher by default. In fact, with the style of play combined with Chaz's position, the fact that the TO gap between the two is so little should be alarming to Temple fans, and therefore proves my point. Sir, please think before you post random stats that hurt your argument..

You do realize national and local governments create specifically trained vice squads made just for this type of crime. If it wasn't important, they would not waste the resources, people and time just for one of the lamest arrestable offenses.. |

Re: Wyatt arrested
Uh, no. If anything, we have more offensive firepower with Scootie back, Pepper, and the two freshmen. Yes, we have a PG, Will Cummings, who played sparingly last year, but is a better PG and defender than Fernandez.

Also, do you object to the rest of my argument or did you just ignore it because I'm right?

Re: Wyatt arrested
You realize everyone is unproven at some point, right? Wyatt is not a PG. Gimme a break with elite. UMass hasn't been shit since I was like 9.

I will tote elite all I want. UMass finished in the top 5 last year and really came on and played better than almost every team by the end of the year. With Kellogg at the helm, they should be elite for years to come...

Ah, of course. Typical. When one is wrong but can't admit it, they always resort to name-calling and demeaning adjectives... sigh.

Re: Wyatt arrested
Khalif obviously made a very stupid decision. He was going to have a monster senior year too. I doubt we'll see him in Cherry and White again. If I had to to take anything positive out of the situation it has to be the additional minutes that Cummings is going to see now. Dingle and Decosey may get more opportunities off the bench as well. Tough situation.

I don't want to get in a political debate here, but local and national governments burn cash on many, many pointless endeavors. One of them is arresting consenting adults who want to give or receive a blowie for $50, when actual criminals fill the pockets of the people sworn to protect and serve the public. Please, for the love of Swayze, don't make this more than it is. It is, essentially, a kid making a mistake. A mistake that harmed no one. If anyone takes a hardline stance on that, you must be a miserable person to know.

Re: Wyatt arrested
I've never really understood the appeal of a hooker. You really want to pay money to go someplace you know hundreds or thousands of other guys have already been? You believe she is clean as a whistle and doesn't have every STD known to mankind? You are turned on by her fishnet stockings? I haven't been able to come up with a good reason yet.

Re: Wyatt arrested
Actually, UMass was the 8 seed in the A10 tournament and I wouldn't say a few wins in the NIT qualified them as playing "better than almost every team by the end of the year".
