Re: 2012 NBA Draft

Speaking of the NBA, Brian Roberts got off to a slow start with New Orleans, but he has scored 49 points in the Hornets last 5 games.

Re: 2012 NBA Draft

I hope Brian sticks. He has a lot against him though so he will have to be extra good. The Hornets website has him listed as 6-1 which means in reality he is shorter than me and I can absolutely promise you that I would be shorter than 95+ of the guards in the NBA.

If there is anyone from the Flyers I would want playing in the NBA it would be Roberts.

Roberts scored 13 last night in a loss. He's avg almost 8 ppg on the year and in his last 6 games is over 10 ppg.

Re: 2012 NBA Draft

So who are the guys from VCU and Butler in the NBA? I know Xavier's guys and have read a post or two about Dayton's guy(s?) but don't know much beyond Eric Maynor and Gordon Hayward. I like to root for A-10 guys where I can, now that I'm following the NBA.

Scoring Machine:

http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/...hn-magic-bench

Also looks like Jordan Crawford, who is leading the Wizards in scoring, might have to play PG due to all the injuries. He had 22/7 8 assts. Sat.

Chris Johnson scored 4 points in his NBA debut last night for the Grizzlies. He's on a 10 day contract. Nice to see him getting a shot.

Glen Davis is a huge p***y (basketball-wise) and has no business hazing anyone. I realize this was sort of a joke, but always remember that Davis bawled his eyes out (on the bench, mind you) in Boston after being criticized by KG. Nicholson will take Big Baby's job in a year or two.

Re: 2012 NBA Draft

Chris Johnson has looked good for the Grizzlies tonight. A rebound/put-back, a 3 pointer and a nice put-back dunk in traffic with some good defense mixed in. He fits well into their scheme. It's good to see a third former Flyer player touch the NBA in the last two years.

Gordon Hayward is averaging 13.5 ppg for the Jazz

Shelvin Mack was just picked up by the 76ers... Doesn't really play much though.
