The Smith Center is at 23rd and F (just off 23rd, school buildings are on the corner of 23rd). The Lincoln Memorial is at 23rd between Constitution and Independence. The blocks are big there because of the State Department so technically it's only 3 blocks, but because the blocks are very long there I called it 5. Sorry, but I'm really not wrong about this or stretching it.
