No one transfers from Xavier to Appalachian State because they want to.

Jay Canty transferred to Appalachian State after the 2010-11 season ended because Chris Mack told Jay Canty that he would not be getting any meaningful playing time at Xavier behind 4-Star SF # 17 Justin Martin (who had not yet played a game for Xavier) and 4-Star SF # 22 Dezmine Wells (who also had not yet played a game for Xavier).

Exactly. If you see a crazy person on the street going off about how the federal government is run by aliens in human form, you don't stop and argue. You chuckle and go about your day. I don't understand what it is about a message board that makes people argue with foil hat wearers. If someone says something ridiculous, move on to less ridiculous posts.

Muddy will do what he does, lengthy posts with several links and observations. Most will heavily favor UD and make Xavier look less than stellar. It's his shtick. Get over it like most of us have, because we're adults. The guy can post what he wants. The mods will handle him. It is what it is. Letting it get under your skin only makes you look silly.

I have no objections. It's actually a very good sign looking at past performance.
For example, there was this prediction:

Muddy makes some really good points about how sucky Xavier is and has been the last number of years. Mack stinks, too...I read it right here. Now why in f#@k's sake hasn't UD been able to beat this disaster of a team?

Also, reading Muddy posts is like listening to the guy telling you that his c$%k is bigger than yours...but then refusing to whip it out and measure it to just answer the damn question. All the posts "proving" UD is better, but no look at reality and records. Whip it out and measure, Muddy. We'll see in March whose is bigger. Until then, just shut up, Muddy.

I agree. I wasn't trying to say X is gong to be better this year. X might really suck. NOBODY knows. It just gets laborious to deal with article after article of how great a UD recruit is and article after article showing how bad X's 3pt shooting percentage is and how that is going to keep them from winning more than 12 games...blah, blah, blah. I know I wasn't really saying anything new. I come to this board because I like to get info I might not see and to get perspective from other schools. But certain posters' tireless barrage of hate, just takes a lot of the fun out of it.
