Richmond's Jim Miller Stepping Down as AD

Big loss for the Spiders and in some ways for the conference too, but glad to see he'll be sticking around in an advancement role at UR.

I was hoping it was because he was taking the Fordham job.

Mike Bobinski left X's AD position to move to its development area, then went back. Perhaps Miller enjoys his break and goes back to AD as well. He certainly is a very talented one.

Hope his replacement doesn't rail the strength coach on a weight bench.

Re: Richmond's Jim Miller Stepping Down as AD

Jim has had some health issues lately and I believe they made this decision easier. He specifically wanted to remain at UR, he has been offered opportunities to go elsewhere.

Let's just say that there was some innuendo regarding former Xavier AD Dawn Rogers floating around on the Xavier boards at that point.
