Bad pick. Should have factored in that the game was outside and how much that would affect San Diego St. Lesson learned.

I thought that Syracuse was going to mop the floor with SDSU. Sadly, I was even more confident (unjustifiably) that Duquesne was going to get blown out. Since I'm really only a Dayton/A10 fan, I don't really follow the rest of the basketball world that closely. This will be my Lock of the Day demise.

The Zags went out and pummeled WVU. What a beatdown. Staten 34 minutes, 0 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist. Stop standing around, man!

Two solid wins for Youngstown State - at GW and then by double digits at Georgia.

I had the Zags pretty much locked in as my pick yesterday and then I texted one of my friends who is a WVU alum. Was telling me about how good the transfers were and how rarely Huggins gets blown out. Sticking with my gut from now on...

Cool, rely more on your gut than what any other person says, thinks or feels. No need to contact people - unless its for injuries, travel concerns etc.. I lost many opportunities to win games over the years that I instantly had a good feeling for after seeing the line then backed away from it after talking to others, searching for facts, reading stats, procrastinating, going over scenarios in my head over and over again, listening to Jay Bilas and Digger etc. Then switching and playing a team I know little about from another conference = a loss. Then my gut feeling team wins easily I am depressed for the next couple of hours.

Looks like Gonzaga is a Super Power this year

If you liked Delaware twice (almost did it myself), you ought to like their line today against UVa.

I'm not going to touch it, but I'd lean towards Virginia. Delaware may not face a defense this good all season.
