Don't know and I don't care right now. My posts were for Xudash the mouth almighty who hammered us after the CCSU game. I'm not sure why you care so much, but Happy Thanksgiving.

Re: 11/22 A-10 Games (Happy Thanksgiving!)
Just disappointed in La Salle, really thought they might be turning it around after last year. But there's still plenty of time to finally pull off that elusive big win and shut critics like me up. I don't really care that much otherwise, just up waiting for the late Niners game to start after family has gone. Happy Thanksgiving to you too.

I still have faith in you guys this year. njlsu, you would know better than me so I'm just curious if La Salle's administration has any plans to renovate Gola in the near future? I think Dr. G is a very good recruiter, with a bit more resources I think he could build a strong program.

Re: 11/22 A-10 Games (Happy Thanksgiving!)
njlsufan- I'm confused as to what relevance last year's RPI has on the current season? Take a look at Xavier's RPI in 2011-12. I'm sure you'd agree that's not very indicative of their team this year?

Re: 11/22 A-10 Games (Happy Thanksgiving!)
CHA vs TX ST was ugly. It was like watching Grinnell College perform an intra-squad scrimmage. No discipline by either team. Shot selection atrocious. Ball handling atrocious. Fundamentals non-existent.
Charlotte won this on a late run. The good news is they won. The bad news is they looked God awful doing it and could have just as easily lost. I have to wonder just how good a long-term coach Alan Major is. I see a lot of the same stupid helter-skelter style problems that I saw in the last few years with Lutz. Basically playing without brains strapped to necks. If you have Rodney White, you can hide bad coaching. But, Id like to know what Niner fans think of the future of Major. Maybe there's big progress there under the water line the casual observer like myself isn't seeing with a random game on the tube.

Re: 11/22 A-10 Games (Happy Thanksgiving!)
Just look at the score ignore the box and dont watch any replay.
What an ugly game. Niners were putrid at the line, about 19 of those 22 TOs were unforced, and TSU was garbage aside from hitting ridiculous 3 after ridiculous 3 in the 2nd half. Will take the W, but we need to play better tomorrow night. Much better. |

The only criticism I had - and it almost cost us the game, was trying to use TWill as a PG when they started trapping. Put Henry in and we hold that 10 pt lead and win easy. I am fully on board the Major bandwagon. If this team hits its FTs, this game is a laugher. It should have been anyway but TSU kept throwing in prayers from 3. |

Re: 11/22 A-10 Games (Happy Thanksgiving!)
Major's style is nothing like Lutz-ball at all. Tonight was not indicative of what we normally do. TSU sped us up with fullcourt pressure, we'll look different vs ORU tomororw. Really need to work on FT's, will catch up to us at some point soon.
4-0 feels great.
