Re: 11/23 A-10 Games
X will beat Drexel.
They are clearly a much different team with the graduation of Samme Givens last year. They have no real low post presence anymore. On top of that losing their most potent outside threat in Chris Fouch handicaps them further. This is not the same Drexel team as last year. Xavier should romp.

Re: 11/23 A-10 Games
X obviously has some significant challenges this year. I do think they bounce back today after Mack takes them for a short visit to woodshed lkast night. BTW, I was at the game yesterday, possibly the weakest T I have ever seen given a head coach. Ref yells at Mack "we aren't goint to discuss every call". Mack waves his hand at him, saying whatever. Gets T'd up. Never said one word to the ref who T'd him up. There were maybe 200 people at the game, and you could here absolutely everythig being said. Was like an 8th grade game environment, very odd.

Add to that the last time I remember X performing well in an early season tournament was when Dante Jackson hit a half court shot to beat Va Tech and then X beat Memphis in the championship. I hope you guys are right though. |

Bingo. I rest my point. These games are garbage in these sort of venues. Drexel will give X a hard time. Last edited by clark1a; 11-23-2012 at 09:58 AM. Reason: get it right |
