Absolutely. They were missing 2 starters against Temple as well. Both Josh Brinkley and Jarvis Threatt did not play at all.

Delaware is good, but it also got its rear end handed to it twice in the NIT a few days ago, so I might dial down expectations there a bit. Mason is still probably better in the long run. Still, a 3-0 start today for the A-10 is not a bad thing.

Thanks for the update during the little stretch at the end of the half when things weren't going well for X. I noticed....no updates after that. Why might that have been?

I'm not sure beating UVA at UVA and then losing by 3 against K-State is getting your ass handed to you. Jamelle Hagins was owning K-State's front line with 12 points and 15 rebounds when he had to leave the game with cramps mid-way through the second-half.

Pitt absolutely destroyed them in the next game though, no question about that.

Delaware is pretty decent as their performance minus 2 starters at Temple shows. I think Mason and Delaware both have good shots at this point. Mason very nearly lost to an 0-4 Boston University squad yesterday so they aren't without their issues.

Delaware barely lost to K State and beat Virginia before that on the road... Pittsburgh I will give that to you...

However considering Drexel, the preseason favorite has been hurt from injuries and currently 1-4, Delaware who doesn't have any bad losses and some nice wins and preseason pick #2.

Mason hasn't beaten anyone worth mentioning outside of UVA at home and has played a soft schedule who is one of the worst offensive and rebounding teams in the country..

I will stay with Delaware as the favorite until Mason plays some good teams and not the likes of BU, Mercer and Quinnipac to truly judge their ability..
