What revenge is Xavier looking for? We beat them last year.

Re: 12/1 A-10 Games
There is some talk from Shaka that starting point guard and senior captain Darius Theus won't play tonight for VCU against Belmont as he twisted his knee against Stetson. He doesn't have a ligament tear or anything like that, but he may be kept out as a precaution.
That may be just coach speak, but if he indeed does not play the VCU-Belmont game will be a lot more interesting.

Re: 12/1 A-10 Games
umass will win today. book it.
classic letdown game for miami, coupled with the fact that we are tough at home lead to minuteman victory. look for putney to have a big game.

Re: 12/1 A-10 Games
I think someone's world view may be crumbling due to how the underachieving Minutemen are playing. I hope they win though. I still think Umass is a top 6 team in this league, even with their weaknesses. They are just too talented and athletic to not be up there.

Re: 12/1 A-10 Games
Agree with relief about the crumbling world view.
I'm looking forward to the game today, will learn a lot about the team. They seem to have played in a more disciplined way against Siena, even though the shots didn't fall. I understand that. They were thinking about what they were supposed to do, and thinking ain't good for shooting. I hope today, back home, they won't have to think. There's a little bit of snowfall this morning in honor of the visitors. I'm impressed that Vegas thinks it will be close. I hope they're right. And is Wake that awful? That Richmond is 15 pt favorite? |

Re: 12/1 A-10 Games
My Predictions(it's been awhile) (each > = 5 points in that winning team's direction):
Harvard>>Fordham UMass>>>Miami Temple>>>>>>Wagner Maine>Duquesne URI>Vermont Butler>>>>Ball St Xavier>Purdue Creighton>>St Joes Richmond>>Wake Charlotte>>>East Carolina Buffalo>St Bona VCU>>>Belmont Dayton>>Northern Illinois NOTE: I will be post some of my previous predictions for the past week or so that I have saved on my computer once I find them. They're in a spreadsheet which is lost in my computer. If I recover it, you will know my record. Z8's Record to Date: TBA, upon further information.
