Just realized that VCU is still listed at RPIForecast. I assume that isn't accurate anymore right?

Yep. Lazy. Butler is in there too.

I emailed them and got the following as a reply, "Thanks. The bracket busters page hasn't been updated for this season yet. "

VCU and Butler now play in the A-10, the 6th rated conference in the RPI (ahead of the BCS conferences SEC and B-12). A-10 schools don't play in any bracketbuster games.
