Xavier (6-2) dropped from RPI # 30 to RPI # 100 and the Musketeers' SOS Ranking dropped from # 86 to # 147.

Vanderbilt (3-4; SOS Ranking # 191) moved up from RPI # 289 to RPI # 203.


Next up for Xavier: RPI # 147 Kent State (5-4; SOS Ranking # 118) at Cintas Center at 4:00 PM on Sunday.

Following Kent State is the annual grudge match against AP Poll # 11 Cincinnati (8-0, RPI # 20).

We won all the games we were supposed to (based on early season volatile RPI), and lost to two teams who may end up being decent. Although I'd love to be 7-0 with wins over Indiana, Duke, Kentucky and Weber State (all the powerhouses), we needed an easier OOC schedule to figure out the team post-Nicholson.
