7th in these rankings is more than one might have thought for X.
We will struggle this year...plain and simple. Mack is doing a really good job with limited assets. But the rankings could leave you scratching your head. Of our 4 conference wins, 2 are against teams ranked higher than we are (Temple and LaSalle). The team we lost to is ranked higher. And we beat the #1 team already, albeit out of conference. Not sure why we aren't higher (even though it might give us farther to fall). What more can you do at this point except be tied for 1st place in your conference? The answer is probably to have a better W-L record, and no crappy losses like we've got.
