Yeah great coach but the players weren't really responding to him anymore. The old style of coaching is hard to keep up today.

They could, they just hired him as offensive coordinator so it wouldn't be a stretch to just move him over, could look outside at some other guys too. Problem is they are still looking for an Athletic Director so they probably will take their time in hiring someone.
