I knew we were in for a bad night when I saw the betting line, then the game not being available anywhere and now this performance. Not a very good night.

We were ranked 282nd in FG% heading into this game. While missing dunks and layups isn't "common" I look at it as an extension of the bigger problem. We lack confidence on offense. We have too many grinders.

I can't see Temple really going anywhere this year. We're way to limited on offense. Granted, it's not exactly like we've ever been lights out under Dunphy. Lee is out of position, Randall and Hollis-Jefferson are nice players but you can't rely on them on offense, Pepper and O'Brien are average...

Not compared to Kansas, Syracuse especially this year with their record being what it was. Not taking anything away from Xavier and they aren't a horrible team by any means but this was a game Temple should have won.

It was absolutely a big game, much bigger than Kansas. Conference opener, on the road, against a rival....

SLU is almsot a must win imo. We can't afford to start 0-2 in the league. Not with our inconsistent offense.
