I resent the implication. We pay those refs a lot of damn money to be homers...for us, not the visitors. That was readily apparent from the Wofford and Vanderbilt games.

We were up 12-13 before "slop time". If you got every close call it wouldn't have made any difference. I get so sick of hearing this. Xavier plays excellent defense most of the time and relies on Semaj and Redford for offense. Beat the defense and stop these guys you win. You didn't. You got blocked 9 times. You had a good offense except against a better defense.

I think Duren is a pretty solid player, La Salle's guards can play with most teams. That kind of comment is uncalled for.

I think LaSalle is a pretty good team. To tell the truth, X could lose to anybody left on the schedule.....or beat them. That's our year right now.

It makes no sense to me that the line would have swung four points. It's La Salle, on the road, at Xavier, who's won a few in a row, with Dee Davis back. And it's not like La Salle has been shredding power conference teams. Very puzzling to me.

Agreed, Duren is probably their best player. Galloway might score more, but Duren is much more efficient. He clearly had a bad game today though. It happens.

Xavier beat your team to a pulp with strong defense and solid execution on offense by highlighting Semaj and Redford.

Build a new facility. Fill it with some fans. Win an NCAA Unit or two. And STFU in the meantime. LaSalle is on its way to doing what it ALWAYS does best: taking up space in this conference.

This from the guy who disappeared from this board last year and earlier this year when X went into a tailspin. Where did you go last season when La Salle beat Xavier to a pulp? Not here, that's for sure. Now you're back thumping your chest (like you actually have something to do with it) and in true, internet tough-guy fashion, you're telling someone to STFU. LOL.

I look forward to your posts trashing La Salle where you always start out by saying it's nothing personal. Just the fact that you have to preface your comments with that statement is a sure-fire sign that it is and always has been personal with you.

And La Salle played poorly today and weren't likely going to win despite the officiating, but you can't be serious if you don't think three La Salle starters sitting on the bench saddled with 2 fouls each for the last 2+ minutes of the first half while Xavier outscored La Salle 10-1 had any bearing on the outcome.

Now, come on big guy, let it all out. You're feeling good, you got the win today, you've been waiting a year for it. Give us another non-personal La Salle bashing for old times sake. It will give you good practice for when you trash DePaul, Providence, etc. in your new league.

LSF - you're right. X came into this league and did something you all could not - figured out that we just need to be on the good side of shi][y officials! Too bad you all haven't figured it out - i guess you're just a bunch of dumfuks. Seriously, just have terrible officiating go against every other team and you'll rule this league and go straight to the S16 4 out of 5 years. That's it! Don't you feel dumm now? Hell, you probably still don't get it. Nothing to do with the degree of the coach or admin on your team btw.
