Re: Game Thread: La Salle @ Xavier (Saturday 1/19/13)
It was actually 9 points in the last 30 seconds. It was kinda rough watching a 16 point lead with 30 seconds left go to 7 because the walkons couldn't get the ball up the court. Not like it really mattered the game was never in doubt at that point.

I think we need Steve to come back and lighten the mood by complaining about the officiating.

Re: Game Thread: La Salle @ Xavier (Saturday 1/19/13)
Four of La Salle's five starters were out of the game with 1:46 left, the only one left being Mills who didn't score a point all game. Were they supposed to lay back in a zone for Xavier, who didn't pull their starters until 1:05 left? What about Redford still being in the game and chucking up a three attempt with 34 seconds left? I guess that wasn't bush league.

C'mon boys, we're all red-blooded Americans who happen to root for different teams. It's over.
We might meet again in Brooklyn. I'm just happy Xavier got another win against a solid LaSalle team. 4-0 to start conference play is great for X. Semaj Christon is a stud - big time baller.
