I agree, but I think he'd be better suited with a position change entirely. The kid should be playing the 4 not the 5. He would be an incredible PF. If Watson can bulk up and play center for significant minutes, I think this could be a very solid team for the next few years.

A core of Rysheed Jordan (wishful thinking), Josh Brown, Watson, Dingle, Cummings, Lee and DeCosey is really promising. I even think Kyle Green will develop into a serviceable player.

I agree with you re: Lee at PF, but I think the odds of Watson bulking up 40 lbs. by next year are slim (no pun intended). I think Lee needs to give Watson whatever workout routine he used, because that's probably the only way Watson gets above 220 by next year. Watson has a ton of potential, but he is SG level skinny right now. I was pretty pissed about Green, but you cant argue with his production. I'm not sure he's Big East good, but I think he definitely would've been a really solid 4 year bench player in the A10. Brown is going to be a monster.

I hope so, for the first time in a few years I'm a bit worried about next year because we really have no idea what we have in some of our younger players.

Also, I need some advice. I've been considering spending the money on OwlScoop for the last few months. Is it a good service? I like that I can give back to the Temple athletic community, though I do have season tickets for basketball, I just want to make sure it's a good read.

JDC and co work really hard and write great articles and have good scoops, but the message boards are pretty terrible. A lot of posters are leaving because they're whiny babies who cant take other people saying that Dunphy has peaked, cant recruit, etc. The football board is much better than the basketball board. A lot of the posters are just shit talkers who make fun of me because I lived in a dorm (read: Single, suite in 1300) throughout my time at Temple, and I'm graduating at an age older than most college students graduate. They also accuse me of stalking recruits on Twitter, which isn't really true, and also fail to realize that fans of every school write stuff on Twitter. I guess the long winded answer is that the writers more than deserve more subscriptions, but the basketball discussion is pretty awful. If you can take the same 5 posters throwing around the same insults to me and others over and over, go for it.
