It will only benefit the ACC.

The ACC produces the most revenue for its member schools by far. I have read each school gets about $8-$10 million per year. Adding these schools will only boost that.

This also puts the ACC in a good position with the BCS for football.

Roy Williams was against a split conference at first when he was at Kansas but now he has nothing but good things to say about it.

Hopefully this happens soon.

The ramifications fo this could lead to Virginia Tech going to Conference USA. That would be a hoot.
