Hahaha. I've yet to eat so far, and I've been awake for a couple of hours. I know they said breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I just don't have an appetite when I get up in the morning.

Yesterday, I didn't eat until 3 p.m.

So I'm happy...

I started running on the treadmill about a week and a half ago, and I've been doing two miles every time. The first time I did it, it took me exactly 30 minutes. While I'm not fat, I am still out of shape, and I had to get used to it. The second time I did it, I finished in 28:36. Good improvement. The 3rd time I did it, I finished in 25:17, and today I finished in 24:16. I'd say that's a pretty good improvement in a week and a half.

Applaud my efforts, people.

I don't run, but I do walk for about 1 hr / 2 hrs a day.

My knee's are already hurt from riding a fixed gear I don't want to damage them further.

Yeah I hate running too. Put quite simply it just hurts! Hahah. It's not really enjoyable either in my opinion. I'd much rather walk around and enjoy the scenery, or talk to someone. Plus in Chicago if you just start randomly running people are going to get frightened because they will think you are chasing them down to steal something, either that or you just robbed a store.

I try to limit the eating out thing to like once a week. Actually now, unless I'm really hungry, I usually just order an appetizer for my meal. An appetizer and a beer or something is really all I need. I also make a deal with myself that if I do go eat out, I work it off, somehow. At least walk there, or back, or go home and do some sit-ups or push-ups.

So I'm watching this episode of Forensic Files, and there are some ****ing freaks in this world. I don't know how someone can get it into their brain that they're going to just go out and kill somebody.

Yeah, I'm limiting my eating out as well, and if I do eat it, I try to make it Subway or Quiznos or something, which is healthier than In 'N Out, McDonalds, pizza, etc.
