Re: Bball's top 50 hip-hop albums of all-time
I liked Aquemini (Skew It On The Bar-B >>>) but I love that vibe of ATLiens. Every time I listen to that album, my top-5 MCs of all-time lists changes to make space for 3 stacks.
And listen to CC 1.5 quickly. Like....right now. In my book, it's a modern day classic.

A lot of people would probably put The Chronic up there, as well.

Chronic is up there. You don't know what you're talking about if you believe otherwise.
There's also a lot of other seminal albums. That's a disappointingly VH1 take on Hip Hop ATLien. lol |

Re: Bball's top 50 hip-hop albums of all-time
Been listening to alot of The Roots lately while driving on the road.... They were tight **** back in the day(Organix, Illadelph Half, Things Fall Apart), we need more people rhymin like them these days. Black Thought was/is a beast.

Re: Bball's top 50 hip-hop albums of all-time
The Roots are dope. The tipping point, things fall apart, illadelph halflife, and game theory are my favorite albums of theirs. I may get some more of them in the updated list. Oh and everyone else can fill in their top whatever list in here. I plan to rank mine sometime soon probably after the NCAA tournament.
