And I never said that you did say anything about 4th best. Like I said, I was just making sure other people didn't come to that conclusion.
KU's sanctions were fairly minor. To my knowledge they didn't lose any scholarships or anything. KU was already a well established program when Williams came in, something he had nothing to do with before his arrival, and what he's done is continue the winning, although he has yet to win it all. He probably will eventually, and he's still a great recruiter, but I wonder how effective he'd be at a university that didn't draw big time recruits just because of it's name(not saying he isn't a great recruiter, but they'd get some good ones without him, too). If he didn't have the tradition and talent to fall back on I wonder how well he'd do. Has he ever had a team that wasn't talented?
