Dennis Lattimore will transfer to Notre Dame. The former Arizona Wildcat will be headed to South Bend to play for Mike Brey. This is a big pickup for the Irish. They have been in the national eye for the last four years and with this addition they shouldn't fall out of it.

IIRC, Lattimore left before the end of the first semester so he becomes eligible by January. Am I correct?

Lattimore left Zona due to a lack of playing time I beleive.

You are incorrect. You have to sit out 12 months from the date of the transfer. That is very different then sitting out the full basketball season. That is why I am wondering what the transfer date is, because you are certainly permitted to live midseason.

He will sit out the 2003-04 season and suit up with two years to play beginning in 2004-05. Lattimore transfered in February.
