Tolliver has a good basketball body and fairly good athleticism. He's a streaky shooter who, when he's on, can shoot it with deep range. Better catching and shooting than putting it on the floor. Body and athleticism give him a pretty good upside, but he'll need to play a more complete game to end up higher than a low major. Intriguing upside, though, which is why mid to high majors have interest.

That is REALLY out of the blue to me. The last I knew he was talking about Texas Tech and Utah and like Penn State. I didnt even know Sac. State was in the running, that is a great pick-up for them.
