Apparently, many fans are not too happy about this.

It's hard to know at what point to take people yelling on the Internet seriously, but Slott has clearly had enough. He started by blocking and ignoring:

Upon further thought, however, it seems that Slott feels that he needs to go further.

Thanks. I know who you are. I have a screen cap. You live in the US. That's illegal and NOT covered under free speech. Expect legal action.

No. Not rattled at all. I'm middle aged and out of shape. I can't take someone in a fight. But I CAN sue them. Till it hurts. So worth it.

More completely pointless death threats in the world... just what we all need.
