Re: Celtics' Players' Profiles -- Ricky Davis
This is an example post for what the setup should look like:
For Example:
Tony Allen

Position: Guard
Born: January 11, 1982
Height: 6-4
Weight: 213 lbs.
College: Oklahoma State
NBA Experience: 1 Year
Pros:
- Tremendous on-ball defender.
- Great at put-back slams from the weakside.
- Very athletic. Using athleticisim to rebound effectively.
Cons:
- Poor shooting touch and a lousy jumper in general.
- A little "over-aggressive" on defense. Commits too much fouls.
- At 6'4", he's a little short to play shooting guard and he's not suited for point guard.
Tony Allen could develop into a solid starter. Allen is very strong and uses his athleticisim to push around his opponent, making him one of the better on-ball defenders in the league. He is great at changing the pace of the game with concentrated spurts of energy. While his jump shot isn't adequate (marginal shot release to go along with his poor mid-range game although statistically, he is the best three point shooter on the team), Allen is a good penetrator (as evidenced by his ability to explode off the block for a put-back slam from the weakside). He is a good rebounder, skying over contesting oppenents for the rebound

Re: Celtics' Players' Profiles -- Ricky Davis
Ricky Davis:
Pros:
Deadly mid-range shooter.
Very good mentor, helps out young guys.
Great athlete.
Very good at setting other players up.
Took on in a lesser role on the Celtics so it helps the team win.
Cons:
Mid-range shot comes and goes.
While good at making things easier for others, he passes his shots up too much.
Not known to be the friendlies guy to talk to/trouble maker.
Plays point guard too much, while being much better of to slash through the post.

Re: Celtics' Players' Profiles -- Ricky Davis
Under weaknesses you forgot:
Turnover prone, not strong enough to finish well in the 4th quarter of playoff games, inconsistent - prone to disappearing for games at a time. Not quite good enough to be a starter for a contender but an excellent 6th man.
