When you take more shots than needed like your namesake the numbers go lower and lower as more come thinking you can work wonders with the ball

If Pierce took ten more shots per game, he'd be forcing a lot of them, and as such his percentages would likely lower.

Put Pierce on the Lakers and Odom would become alot better player than he is.
It's a little thing called p-a-s-s-i-n-g. I don't care how much he scores, if he can't make the players around him better, he won't get any respect from me as a ball player.

o im not disagreeing...it was the best individual performance maybe in history...but im just sayin if pierce can score 31 or 32 on 17 shots as he REGULARLY does...whos to say he wouldnt score 70 or 80 if he took 50 shots??
