Forget Scab, get rid of Ainge!!
Go ahead and say how good of a job Danny Ainge has done drafting players, but it won't matter. The trade was HORRIBLE for the C's. Losing a team leader in Davis for some guy who can't probably can't even spell his own name? C'mon!

Seriously, Wallace did not get fired right away for bringing in Baker...You haven't even seen the effects of the trade yet, how can you judge? I understand alot of us liked, no, loved Ricky D. but it happens. Don't come back on here if / when this trade pans out positively and say blah blah blah I love Danny...

I can't wait till the day that we can't resign our young guys because Pierce, Raef, and Wally are eating up 40 million of the salary cap.
That should be funny.

Is Ainge not one step ahead of you here man? Let's look closer...
Before this trade, it was Pierce, Raef, and Blount eating up the cash. Who was gonna take Blount's salary? The answer is NOBODY. Tell me, honestly, that when we signed Blount to that deal you didn't think it was the right thing to do, and tell me why you thought that. I, at least, saw no indication that he was unproffesional, of low charachter, and a selfish teamate. If you did, fine. I, personally, don't blame Danny for writing up that contract in that context.
I believe Danny made this deal because yo9u and him are on the same page. We can move Sczcerbiak because he is a hard worker and a good player. We can move Pierce too. In fact, there may be a suitor with the financial flexibility to take on Raef and Sczcerbiak/Pierce, in return we would get somebody less expensive, worth the money and younger, or in the final year of a deal. None of this would have been possible before the Minnesotta deal. THAT IS WHY IT WAS A GOOD DEAL, and until that day arrives, I'd much rather be paying all that money to Wally than Blount. I am wearing a Davis T right now btw and am in official mourning. Fortunately, weve got 18 million talented young wingplayers(TA started last year...) hungry for the minutes they need to become legit ballers. I think it was a smart move, despite the sting of losing one of my sentimental favorites. Theres no reason we shouldnt be able to move those guys when the time comes, especially if DA continues to have the foresight to make the necessary set-up moves.

.........Ainge is no Red or West, but don't let prejudices or sentiment keep you from realizing what hands might still be on the tabe, ya know?

He's a few steps behind me if anything.
He's still not really rebuilding, nor is he really adding to the team. He's keeping us at mediocrity.

Don't tell me that you forgot Wally already? He's due 11, 12, and 13 after this year. He makes 10 this year.

In all honesty? I think that Blount deserved the money, and yes, I would have given him the same amount of money, but never in a million years would I have given him a six year deal because we already had Al Jefferson and Kendrick Perkins waiting for their chance to play.

Sorry, moving Wally is not as easy as it seems. The Wolves have been trying to trade him for years, now they finally have after he's having a career year.
Yes, I like Tony and love Green (he hasn't proven anything, but he's a HSer) but neither of them have shown that they can do what Ricky does. I'm sure that Tony Allen never will (set up the offense, lead the team.)
