Put the pipe down. There's no way the Celtics will acquire KG without giving up any of the 3 aforementioned players.

Tony Allen, 1st round pick, Raef LaFrentz, and Al Jefferson for KG sounds like a deal to me.

who needs perk and west if we have KG....pierce, KG, and any other 3 players we put out there would dominate every nght...i could deal with orien, wally, pierce, gomes and KG....dont need a real center...hasta la vista AJ perk west and whoever else it takes if we can keep paul

it looks like KG will want out of MINN. Pretty much every team in the NBA will want him. Getting full value for a superstar never happens. But (thanks to Danny) we do have the youth and picks to make a very attractive offer to old friend Kevin. Could be an interesting offseason.

I think we are gelling and will make the playoffs next season. Our team is seasoning now and won't be "as" young next season. Guys like Perk, Ryan, and Delonte are coming into their own and gaining confidence to play "their" game. I also think Gerald will be a contributer to some point next season. I can't see Minny taking a deal with us that doesn't include Paul unless they decide to totally rebuild. If they did that Al Jefferson, Tony Allen, 1st rounder, and Raef might be ok to them considering they get 3 young up & comers and a servicable guy in Raef that helps make the money closer to matching........Gerald might come up in that too. I still doubt Minny gives up KG without an All-Star in the mix though.

Oh, we are gelling and coming together with GREAT chemistry. I love this team, but we won't make the playoffs this year. We still can't win consistently, or play consistently for a full game on a regular basis. Youth has it's benefits, and it's downsides.

**** THAT Pierce, West, Perk, and KG would kick everyone's *** and send them the hell into the abyss, so if it does happen, Detroit, Miami, Indy, we'll murder them all with those players.

Plus McHale's already proven he ain't a caseful of brains as a GM.
