which begs the question...did danny make the right decision in giving seattle west instead of rondo...i think rondo will be the better pg by far but in retrospect delontes open shooting might have been a good thing to have at this point

I kind of wish that Seattle had accepted the version that had Delonte and Rondo headed for the Pacific northwest and Robert Swift coming back to Boston. We'd suck at the 1 (though in that case he'd've been forced to make a trade for someone like Lutehead), but at least we'd be set at the 5.

Why does everybody think Robert Swift is going to be so damn good? He doesn't even have good looks going for him.

He doesn't have to be good to bring more than Mr. Mohawk does to the table (which was the only point). Swift & Lutehead would have provided plugs to the two holes in the lineup (and Lutehead would have been pretty cheap).

Re: Tony Allen to be Backup Point Guard, Celtics Fans Shudder in Anticipation
Why do people like Robert Swift so much??
Because he was drafted high? Becauase he's "young" and has alot of "potential"???
He missed all of last season, adn he didnt look that promising in his rookie year, I dont see where all this hype is coming from...Id rather have perkins then him....I would definitley keep rondo over him....
