Personally i stayed clear of garnett, allen, pierce in any fantasy games. I think their stats will go down this year. Even with them taking so many shots, i dont see how they can still have the same output as when they EACH were "the man" on their respective teams last year.
Any thoughts on how they will do? How many minutes they will play? I was snapping up guys like big baby in fantasy leagues dumbly based on his preseason numbers, but then i got to thinking...garnett is going to be playing probably 38+ minutes a night, how many minutes is a guy like big baby going to get?
Does anyone think either allen, garnett, or pierce will be within even 10% of what they usually get stats wise?

garnett will be as close to averaging a triple double as anyone has been in the last 20 years...and allen and pierce will average close to the same ppg as usual

Well, it'd be foolish to pick Bird, McHale, or Parish for fantasy at this point in their respective careers.

I think scoring may go down for each of them. Part of this is because there will probably be several games where they will blow out the opponent and will be sitting for the fourth quarter. As I said in another post, I think 2 of the 3 will score 20+ on any given night, and the 3rd will score 12-15, but that 3rd player won't be the same guy every night. I do think their stats may go up in other areas, though, especially assists, so in terms of fantasy players, it may even out.
