What I really didn't like was the fact that Perk got a BS technical for "staring" at an opponent, yet Lamar Odom doesn't get kicked out of the game for literally tackling Ray Allen?!?! I mean, come on!!

Thanks Celts for reminding the LA Kobes who they are. They had developed a swagger, with chests all out walking into other teams' arenas. I guess with the wins, it was only natural that they felt they could just walk through the Celts, after all they did phoenix. I didn't watch that game so don't know HOW they did that.
Just wanted to thank you.

Re: Boston @ Lakers
I hope Lamar gets suspended and fined. That was clearly intentional. Ray wasn't shooting the ball or anything. He was just passing the ball to get it up court. Lamar made no play on the ball whatsoever. He just tackled him. Plus, Ray hadn't even done anything. He wasn't jawing or staring people down.
I'm glad we're done playing the Lakers. Any more games like that, and someone's going to get seriously hurt.

Re: Boston @ Lakers
This is a really freaky stat... The Cs have just won 4 road games in 5 nights, of course, from December 26-30, 2007. The last time they did that? December 26-30, 1986-- exactly 21 years ago to the days. In 1986, the Red Sox made it to the finals (the WS) and lost, but 21 years later made it to the finals (the WS) and won. In 1986-87, the Cs made it to the finals (the NBA Finals) and lost like the Red Sox did, so maybe the same turnaround is awaiting the Cs as the Red Sox this year.
