Re: @ Cleveland

Really need to work on our plays in the crunch, we seem to miss a lot more then we make... and that will hurt in the playoffs

Re: @ Cleveland

Wow, good game guys. Lebron had an uncharacteristic miss towards the end of the game there. Luckily it didn't come back to bite us.

Does anyone else think Celtics-Cavs would be an awesome playoff series?

Re: @ Cleveland

The Cavs are the only team in the East that scares me. So I'd prefer to see Detroit get them,

Re: @ Cleveland

Powe with 8 minutes tonight after a string of good games. I swear Doc has no idea what he's doing. However, I'm glad to see us compete in another game sans KG.

Re: @ Cleveland

Doc can say they can't use KG not playing as an excuse for losing, but even he has to realize how different the team is without him, especially defensively. There's no way the Cavs abuse us that much with KG in the lineup. I'm encouraged we can compete without him, but they're not the dominant Celtics we're used to. And I agree with mqtcelticsfan above. Powe should have played more. We were getting killed on the boards, and Powe is one of our best rebounders. He grabbed 2 boards in 8 minutes. Scal grabbed 1 in 18 minutes. I still don't get Doc's love affair with Scal. Yes, this was his best performance filling in for KG so far, but it still wasn't very good.

True, but he did get 20 points that we needed.
And what is up with the rest of the team when Rondo is our leading rebounder for the game with 7????

Powe and Davis definitely needed to play more both for boards and scoring.
Scalabrine did nothing but get in the way!

This is the part where Doc's coaching hurts us.

Re: @ Cleveland

Tough loss...

Garnett being injured has helped Allen find his niche and his shot.

Great effort from Paul, he played through the flu and still had an efficient game. Rondo also stepped up big time.

Doc says we can't use the Garnett excuse, but its pretty easy to use when you start Scalabrine instead of Powe or Davis who are more deserving.
