Clippers Game
Has been downright ugly so far. Trailing 24-22 with a minute and a half to go in the first

Re: Clippers Game
We just can't play any defense at all. Maggette is lighting us up

Re: Clippers Game
Lead is down to three going into the fourth. Im not going to be able to stomach us losing this one late to the Clippers

Re: Clippers Game
Good win. We need wins with big margins. It creates momentum for our season.
Allen had another good game. He should play like this almost all the time. Pierce had an efficient game, considering he only played 24 minutes and is still battling the flu.
Man, I'm ecstatic about Rondo. He's legit. His defense is top notch, he can't be contained off the dribble, and he rebounds and makes plays. I love the way he adapts his game to whatever the team needs, whether its putting up 20 when we have 1 1/2 of our Big Three, outrebounding Dirk, etc. He is a damn good all-around player now and is going to special in the future. He just needs to continue to work on his free throws and mid range shot.

Re: Clippers Game
Who would have thought before the season that he will be able to find his niche in the offense so efficiently ? His defense and intangibles make a him very good role player at this point in his career, he also has the potential to become a lot better offensively once he figurs out how to get better mechanics and more confidence in his jumpshot.

Re: Clippers Game
I just worry because he's like Iverson in that he'll go at anyone regardless of size and gets knocked to the floor a lot. I'm afraid one day he won't get up. Which emphasizes the need for Cassell. I love Rondo's fearlessness, but injury is always a possibility, and we need a backup.

Re: Clippers Game
We do need a back up, but hes been great, sometimes he does have some down games where his offense AND defence will slip... but they arent very often. Ive been very impressed so far

Re: Clippers Game
I saw it on Around The Horn. It was pretty hilarious considering how he was saying how he'd love to play for Boston before the game.

Re: Clippers Game
Maybe Cassell was trying to show the Celtics how precarious their point guard situation is. At any moment, Rondo could be decapitated by a crazed opposing point guard, so they will definitely need a backup.
