Re: Celtics @ Blazers
The whole team has too many turnovers... lot of them came in the first half though, will be nice to be back in the winners circle

Re: Celtics @ Blazers
Nice to see Ray and Pierce go back to what they were doing previous to the Suns game. Garnett still sucks, but I have no doubt he's still hurting and a little rusty, he'll be good

Re: Celtics @ Blazers
Garnett played great on D, and if his shot was falling would have had a very different game.... He was in the head of every single Blazer with his talking, nudges, physical play etc

Re: Celtics @ Blazers
Ray Allen and Paul Pierce went a combined 5-25 against the suns but went 19-22 today including 8-10 from downtown.
Consistency issue?

Not really. I think they just really tried to correct what they did wrong. Stars often come back after rough games with something to prove. Plus, when you're hot, you're hot. And this time, Doc didn't cool them down. Outside of the turnovers, Pierce played a really solid game, so it wasn't just scoring. Just about everyone stepped up after the shaky first quarter.

Re: Celtics @ Blazers
Pierce had a dominant game, 30 points on 12-14 shooting, or 86%. I was glad to see him throw it down a couple times, as he hasn't been slamming it or finishing that strong (for his standards) this season.
Eddie House kept us in it in the 2nd quarter. He's really reliable when there's not a lot of attention on him, which is why I think we still need Barry, Cassell or even Murray to move him to the 2. He and Posey knocked down a lot of open shots for us.
Ray had a great shooting night. He didn't miss outside of that 3 that almost broke the backboard.
