Re: ESPN Wednesday- Suns @ Celtics
The Celtics owned 3 of the 4 quarters. The one quarter the Suns won they were shooting an unusually high percentage, and we had 5 bench players on the floor for a lot of it. They didn't get their points on the fast break. I can live with that.
I really don't see any team being able to take 4 out of 7 playoff games against the Celtics. They may lose 1 or 2, maybe even 3 to some of the better teams, but 4? Of course, anything can happen, but I'm optimistic about our chances of going all the way. I don't think we'll fold like the Mavs did last year.

Re: ESPN Wednesday- Suns @ Celtics
Theres really no reason for Doc to be playing 5 bench guys at a time at this point unless its a blowout, we have some really strong line ups with only 1 or 2 of the stars in there and should use them

I agree, I hate those lineups. I also hate how he takes out Pierce this game in the 2nd quarter after he scored 13 in the first.
I'm very happy with this win. I was at practice for all of the 4th, and it seems once I left Garnett continued his steady scoring and Pierce dominated the 4th and we ran away with it.

Re: ESPN Wednesday- Suns @ Celtics
Some of my favourite line ups dont even have the big 3 on the floor
using on or 2 of them consistantly while putting players like Posey, Cassell etc in the line up keeps us consistant and avoids the huge runs like pheonix had in the second

Re: ESPN Wednesday- Suns @ Celtics
Garnett looking to score as often as possible is a great sign for this team too

I totally agree. If you have 3 stars, you can have at least 1 in during the whole game. Any of those stars + 4 bench guys, is still a competitive team for short stints. We've shown we can win games against elite teams with 2 stars, and with 3 stars we're just scary. Doc needs to take advantage of the Big 3 and have one of them in at all times.

Definately.. a team of Cassel, TA, Posey, KG, Perkins/Brown
just for example can hang with any team in the league for large periods of a game..
Same with a Rondo/Allen/Pierce/Powe/Davis team
Doc's rotations have been pretty disappointing

Great win tonight. The Big Green are the tops of the NBA.
I'm really looking forward to the C's playing the Hornets. This should be an exciting battle.
