EXACTLY!!

That is exactly the way it is.

Hey, all I know is that the lower we are now, the bigger the increase will be when we finish the season. Heck I'd wish they put us at 29. :P

I don't know, IMO people should at least keep us close to Orlando and Indy. If we are worse then them, we most certainly aren't by 4-5 teams worse then the Magic/Pacers.

I would definatly put us over Indiana. Orlando MIGHT be a better team than us this year. I agree with aqua, they can put us whereever they want and we will do better.

We may not light the league on fire during the regular season but during the playoffs NO ONE wants to play us. We know how to win in the post season, Orlando does not and Indiana is slipping. We will be better this season with the new guys and improved Walker & Baker so we may even be a top team in the regular season but no matter what come playoff time, watch out....we're on fire

Phoenix and Houston both have 2 allstars. Phoenix could have 3 soon.

Boston wouldn't even fight for the playoffs if they played in the West. So no they are not on the same level as Phoenix or Houston. Not even close.

The only teams in the East that could make the playoffs in the West is New Jersey and Detroit might have a very slim chance.

Uh...sorry

But Detroit would have a good chance.

As for Boston, 15 seems a little high right now, doesn't it?

I'm assuming by your handle that you mean that Amare could soon join Stephon and Marion in the AS game for the West. Who do you see him displacing for that honor... Duncan, KG, Dirk, or Webber? None of those 4 PFs are on the decline yet, and then you have Peja and Marion deserving a spot from the 3. Thats 6 guys and they only select 5. I think most analysts would put Pao, Rasheed, and Brand solidly ahead of Amare too. IMO (and this is hardly an insult) Amare is probably most accurately grouped with Troy Murphy, Zack Randolph, Jamison, Nene, and Rashard Lewis at this point as quality young forwards, but loooooooong shots to make the AS game.

As for the rankings... I thought the Suns and Rockets were overrated. Both have huge gaps in their starting lineups, no bench, and will likely struggle on D and just resort to trying to outscore their opponent. We'll see how that works soon enough...
