My upsets, excluding the 9 over 8s are NwSt. over Iowa, Wis Mil over OKL, Tex A&M over Syracuse, and N. Iowa over GTown.

Without a single RPI Top 50 win, the Falcons should not have received an at-large bid. That being said, guard Antoine Hood (14.8 ppg, 3.8 rpg) and forward Jacob Burtschi (12.4 ppg, 6.1 rpg) are well-positioned to upset the Fighting Illini. Why? For the same reason Princeton, Temple and Syracuse are "tough outs."
Jeff Bzdelik runs a system offense, the so-called "Princeton offense," to near-perfection. The Falcons play at a pace slower than any other NCAA tournament team and generate nearly 65 percent of field goals from assists. Though guard Dee Brown (14.4 ppg, 5.6 apg) and Illinois are known for their outside shooting, it is Air Force who is among the nation's 10 most accurate clubs from close and long range.
