Re: If Selection Sunday is today (feb 18).......
I believe that if Ohio State beats Wisconsin in Columbus, and then Wisconsin and Ohio State meet in the Big Ten Tournament final, we could see both as 1s. I don't see how an away loss to Ohio State knocks Wisconsin off the #1 line. They would be 30-3 assuming they beat MSU both games (which is obviously no lock) still with some great non-conference wins, and essentially a split with OSU. I think that if UW and OSU meet in the Big Ten Tournament Final, they will both be 1s as long as UF, UNC, and UCLA don't also make final runs. But you have to think UCLA and/or UNC will drop another conference game AND a conference tournament game.

Of course, this could just be my love for defensive minded teams and man love of Drew Neitzel setting in.

There is a guy on 810 Sports Radio here in KC name Soren Petro one of the best sports talk hosts that no one heard of (he is a Syracuse fan and alumni, Junior) He said if Texas A&M and KU wins out and meet in the Big 12 Championship game, that winner will be a #1 seed.

Not necessarily. What if UNC, UCLA, and Florida won their conference tournaments?

If either wins out, then there is a good possibility say (30-40%) they would get a #1 seed. It's all dependent on how the five teams above them do from here on out.

I hate Drew Neitzel. I hate him. I would stab him if given the opportunity.

If by chance he was stabbed you realize that you would suspect numero uno...
