You want to know why they have more bad losses .... because they have a hell of alot more road games playedagainst sub 100 teams.

If Purdue, Illinois, Stanford, Texas Tech played the sample size of games of Drexel road they would have just as maney.

Purdue lost 2 of its 4 road games against sub 100 opponents. and

F Purdue.. hopefully they lose by 40 in round 1.

Maybe if Stanford played on the road against somebody crappy they would have lost, as we damn well know they lost to everyone else this year. F there injuries as an excuse. they had a healthy team back and kept it close against USC.... big friggin deal. F stanford/

I think it really hurt Drexel that their only good wins of 2007 were at Creighton and at Hoffstra.

Playing on the road can excuse losses to good teams, but at some point you do have to actually break through and beat those teams, be it on the road or at home. 0-4 against VCU and Old Dominion isn't going to do it, and two good games in mid December isn't enough come March.

Or, congrats to Standford on winning 4 top 50 games.... in TWELVE DAMN TRIES???? Of course your going to break throgh more if you have more opportunity. And all those breakthroughs were at home.

I didn't really think Drexel should have made it in, but they should have made it in before Texas Tech or Stanford. I think what it came down to was that the committee didn't view Drexel's win @ Syracuse as much as people thought, and that the fact that they lost to ODU twice and VCU twice was just too much to make up for wins @ 'Nova and @ Creighton.
