I've been changing my picks from Howard, Deng, and to Livingston, but after all this I picked Livingston as my favorite. It's very rare that we see an over 6"6 point guard. That's why we have to make the most out of this and pick him. If Livingston and Deng are picked before us a great pick would be Howard. My brother and a few Duke fans referred to Livingston as the next Magic. I know Penny Hardaway had that said about him when he first came in the league, but I think that this guy has serious potential.

I dont see why they wouldn't want one. High School kids generally have pretty good potential, though they stand the risk of a bust, and the Bobcats won't be contending for a while, so during that time, they can build up a decent team and develop a guy like Livingston.

Charlotte would probably be the optimal place for Livingston to go as well. I have a feeling he is really going to struggle his first couple years and in Charlotte there would be a lot less pressure on him to do wonderful things right off the bat. If he went to say, the Clippers, they've been losing so long they want to win now and I would suspect the team and fans would be much more impatient.

In Charlotte, they dont have to win a lot of games, just compete, and people will be happy for a couple years. A good place for him to develop.

My only worry would be him developing for a few years on my dime and then bolting, but you have to take your chances.
