If you think about it, that's probably the smartest thing to do. Why try to win the games, when your only hurting yourself in the future? Winning more games = lower draft pick

Also, that means you get less of a chance to get Bogut (Go Aussie Go!)

I don't care what sport it is, you should never loose on purpose for a higher draft pick. Anyways, in the NBA its a lottery so you could end up anywhere. But truthfully what can you do but play.
